​Dry Pinot Blanc with Fruit, Almond & Mineral Tones

This weissburgunder (pinot blanc/bianco) is made from hand harvest grapes and both fermented and matured in a large temperature controlled oak barrel. It represents Pfalz pinots well with tones of white peach and nectarine with cream. On the palate it is a wonderful balance of subtle acidity and fruit, almond, mineral, yogurt, and spice.
