Pfalz Pinot Noir with Dark Berry & Spice
This spätburgunder (pinot noir) was produced by traditional methods including maturation in large oak barrels in contact with the yeast. It is a clear pale ruby in appearance with clean oak, dark fruit, medium tannins and acid that gives way to smoke tones which fade further to mineral and spice tones. A very fine traditional pinot noir.
